THE HOME SCREEN EDITION

Your shelves, in your pocket. The same three collections, with a place on your Home Screen.

Open on iPhone
  1. Open the link above in Safari on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen. If shown, keep Open as Web App on.
  3. Tap Add, then open Vault from its new icon.
Before your first find

Add Vault to your Home Screen before starting your collection. Safari and the Home Screen app may keep separate local data.

The website and iPhone app have separate sign-in sessions. Use your existing Rottweiler account in the iPhone app, then connect your collection in Settings → Sync. Signing in alone does not turn sync on. Check that the cloud save succeeded, and keep an exported backup too.

Internet is needed to open this edition. It runs on Cloudflare, with optional account sync through Supabase—not an App Store download. iPad, Windows and Android are not supported by this web edition.

Windows & Android updates. Check Settings → Updates inside the app. Don’t uninstall it first—updates are designed to keep your collection.

iPhone updates. New web versions load when you next fully close and reopen Vault online. Wait for a successful sync before closing; there is no APK or ZIP to install.

Your collection, your choice. Every edition starts signed out with zero collection marks. Use the same account and connect sync separately on each device when you want your collection to follow you.

Installing & updating

This is a portable Windows preview. Keep an exported collection backup before updating.

On preview 0.3? Install this release manually once. From 0.4.1, Trove can notify you about new versions and let you download and install them inside the app.

Installing & updating

Install over your existing Trove preview to keep your collection. Don’t uninstall first, and keep an exported backup.

Trove is an early preview distributed here, rather than through Google Play. Future app updates ask you to download and approve installation.

Same identity, separate collection. Your Rottweiler account works in Vault and Trove. Enable Trove sync separately on each device to share your Trove collection.

Windows & Android. Trove doesn’t currently have an iPhone edition. Vault’s iPhone web app is available above.
